This excludes any medical costs that are covered (or partly-covered) by Medicare. The Gallagher Over 35’s Rugby Injury Insurance Program also contains additional Team Insurance Optional Benefits that cover injured players for loss of earnings.
Public Liability Insurance can provide protection for Over 35’s Rugby and its insured representatives against legal and associated costs following an accusation of negligence. Professional Indemnity Insurance provides protection for insured Over 35’s Rugby representatives against legal and associated costs that may occur if they are accused of negligent acts, errors or omissions.
