Our motorsports experts here at Gallagher have worked with Speedway Australia to create a tailored National Insurance Program that incorporates Personal Accident Cover, Public Liability Cover and Professional Indemnity Cover.
Personal Accident Cover
Personal Accident insurance can provide financial assistance to insured individuals (such as Speedway Australia license holders, crew, officials and volunteers) who are injured during a Speedway Australia-approved activity. This excludes any medical costs that are covered (or partly-covered) by Medicare. More information on Medicare coverage can be found on the Make A Claim page.
Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Cover
Public Liability Insurance can provide protection for Speedway Australia and its insured representatives against legal and associated costs following an accusation of negligence.
Professional Indemnity insurance provides protection for insured Speedway Australia representatives against legal and associated costs that may occur if they are accused of negligent acts, errors or omissions.
